THE SHORT VERSION
USTCS Inventory Auditor has no cloud account, no server-side database, and no sign-in. Everything you enter — inventory, family and community details, assessments, your Homestead plan — is stored in a local file on the device you install it on. We never see it, never receive it, and have no way to access it remotely.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY TOUCH
When you activate the app, and periodically afterward, it checks your license key against our licensing service to confirm it's still valid. This sends only the license key and basic validation metadata (like a timestamp) — never your inventory, never any household or community data, never anything you've typed into the app. If you're offline, the app keeps working; it simply checks again the next time you have a connection.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy collects your email (to deliver your license key and download link) and billing information under their own privacy policy, which applies to that transaction.
The optional "notify me" form on our Content Updates page collects only the email address you choose to provide, used solely to tell you when a new update pack is available. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
ustcs.io runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We don't know who visits this site or what you click on it.
