THE SHORT VERSION
USTCS Inventory Auditor, Regional Packs, and Content Update packs are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase — your license key and download link go out immediately. Because of that, we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind, "didn't end up using it," or similar reasons once a license key has been issued.
THE ONE EXCEPTION
If the installer doesn't run, your license key doesn't activate, or a Regional Pack you paid for isn't accessible, that's on us — email info@ustcs.io with your order ID or purchase email and we'll make it right. Our first move is always to fix it and get you a working product; if we genuinely can't, we'll refund that purchase. This applies the same way to the base app and to Regional Packs.
