Terms of Service — USTCS Inventory Auditor

WHO THIS IS

The agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of USTCS Inventory Auditor and any Regional Packs or Content Update packs (together, "the Software"), provided by U.S. Tactical Control & Survival Systems ("USTCS," "we," "us"). By purchasing or installing the Software, you agree to these terms.

IMPORTANT — READ THIS PART

Informational tool only — not a guarantee of safety

USTCS Inventory Auditor is an organizational and educational tool. The scoring, checklists, threat scenarios, Homestead planner, and all other guidance in the Software are general, formula-based starting points — they are not professional emergency management, medical, legal, structural engineering, or safety advice, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment, local regulations, professional consultation, or common sense specific to your situation.

Emergencies are unpredictable. No software, checklist, or "readiness score" can guarantee an outcome. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make using this Software, including what you stockpile, how you assign roles to the people in your life, and how you plan or build anything described in the Homestead Sustainability feature. Use common sense, follow your local laws, and consult a qualified professional for anything safety-critical.

WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

Your license

A purchase of USTCS Inventory Auditor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own, for your own personal or household use, for as long as you like — there is no subscription and no expiration. Regional Packs and Content Update packs are additional content licensed the same way, tied to a base app purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Software, or share your license key with people outside your own household.

YOUR DATA

It's yours, and it stays with you

Everything you enter into the Software is stored locally on your own device. We do not collect, receive, back up, or have any access to your inventory, family, community, or Homestead data. See our Privacy Policy for the handful of things that do touch our servers (license validation, purchase processing).

IF SOMETHING'S WRONG

Limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USTCS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to decisions made based on its guidance, data loss on your own device, or outcomes during an actual emergency. Our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it.
